Mandatory Export Documentation
- Original Certificate of Title: Must be completely clear of active financial liens. A formal bank release letter is mandatory if a lien is present.

- Photo ID / Passport Copy: Must perfectly match the legal name listed on the vehicle’s title document.
- EIN or Passport Number: Required for filing the mandatory Electronic Export Information (EEI) via the Automated Export System (AES).
For safety and maritime regulations, your vehicle’s fuel tank must be strictly at one-quarter (1/4) tank or less when dropped off at our marine terminal gateways in Port Newark or Bayonne. If your vehicle arrives with more than a quarter tank of gas, terminal operators may turn you away or charge a premium siphoning fee to handle the excess fuel before staging.
If you utilize our Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) service out of New Jersey, international maritime shipping laws strictly require the vehicle to be completely empty of all personal effects. The only items permitted inside are the factory spare tire, jack, and factory floor mats. Any loose personal belongings left inside the cabin or trunk will be flagged or confiscated by port security during vehicle check-in.
